Together, they combine complementary strengths to help schools and districts move from vision to action. Jen Perry
Jen Perry is a strategic learning and whole‑learner systems advisor with more than 30 years of experience supporting schools, districts, and education organizations in strengthening engagement, behavior, SEL, and career‑connected learning. Her work bridges developmental science, instructional practice, and organizational design, helping educators create coherent systems that support both student growth and adult capacity.
Jen has led national initiatives focused on attendance, durable skills, and whole‑learner development; partnered with districts to integrate SEL and behavior into academic practice; and coached leaders and instructional teams in building sustainable, research‑aligned implementation plans. She is known for her ability to bring clarity and coherence to complex initiatives and to translate research into practical tools for real classrooms.
Jen earned a BA in Social Psychology from Wells College. Her experience spans school‑based mental health, community partnerships, curriculum and learning design, and cross‑functional work in the EdTech industry.
Intervention, Pedagogy, Professional Development and Community
Winnie O'Leary brings more than 30 years of experience designing learning, developing leaders, and helping schools and districts turn vision into action. Her career has included roles as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, school board member, family advocate, curriculum writer, National Intervention Specialist, Educational Initiatives Manager, and educational consultant, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges schools face.
A leader in adult learning and professional development, Winnie has designed and facilitated learning for educators, administrators, and district leaders nationwide. She believes professional learning should be collaborative, relevant, and immediately applicable, helping educators strengthen practice and build lasting capacity.
Winnie partners with districts on strategic planning, leadership development, curriculum initiatives, systems improvement, and community engagement. She is known for bringing people together around a shared purpose, translating complex challenges into practical next steps, and building the capacity for sustainable improvement.
Winnie earned a Bachelor of Arts from Mary Washington College and a Master of Education from the University of New Orleans. She is passionate about helping educational communities build the clarity, confidence, and capacity to create lasting change
